The Station

I’ve been going to The Station for three years. It’s always my first stop when I travel to Seattle, which I do multiple times a year. It’s so accessible, take the light rail to Beacon Hill and it’s right there. When you arrive, you are greeted by one of the amazing staff ready to take your order, or one of the owners, Luís or Leona. I always order an americano or loose leaf tea, followed by a breakfast sandwich (swine free!), and a local sourced pastry. The place has the aesthetic of a social justice oriented space with the vibes of a business that allows patrons to work on their laptops too. I wish every city has a coffee shop as dope as The Station.

I’ve been a longtime customer at the station. I enjoy the vibe and the music there. I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore, but I still make my way over there when I’m nearby. The owner is really nice and she makes the best lattes. Highly recommend the D’Angelo brown sugar latte and the Bagel Breakfast Delight.

My second stop on my Seattle Cafe Passport! Parking: minimal street parking. I also order a hot coco at every cafe (because if you can’t do hot coco right how can you do anything right!) and I prefer when they make their own whipped cream! Hot coco was delicious and the perfect drinking temp. Iced latte was delicious as well. I did not like the iced chai. Could be sweeter. The breakfast sandwiches were great! Fresh and great flavor with a little spice! Love that they use real mugs and reusable cold beverage cups as well! Great amount of indoor and outdoor seating with welcoming vibes!

The Mocha Mexicano and Bowl of Soul were both tasty. There weren’t a ton of people here on a Saturday morning, so if you are looking for a quiet place to either work or hang out, this coffee is a great option. They don’t have a ton of food options, but several unique drinks options.

This place exuded pure coffee vibes, reminiscent of a cozy neighborhood coffee shop. The lively atmosphere was filled with people coming and going, all savoring the delectable coffee. I particularly enjoyed the unique names of the drinks, which perfectly matched their flavors. If you’re ever in Seattle, I highly recommend visiting this place!
