Sylvia Dee’s Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! I stopped in and tried the seasonal strawberry shortcake latte, and it was incredible. The flavor was perfectly balanced — sweet, creamy, and full of fresh strawberry notes without being overpowering. It truly tasted like dessert in a cup. The service was just as impressive as the drink. It was welcoming, friendly, and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about both their craft and their customers. I’ll definitely be returning to try more seasonal specials. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing drinks and great service!

This is a little gem of an Ice Cream store tucked in between a row of local businesses. Fun clean and bright ambiance reflects the delightful and delicious ice cream, coffee and candy packed in here. Seating for 12-15 inside and a nice decorated outdoor area as well. Sylvia Dee’s is a great treat for all ages.

Sylvia Dee’s you are dangerous because you are very easily capable of destroying my willpower. I try to avoid sugar like a responsible adult. But I want a dessert don’t judge. I made the best worst decision for my waistline that day. It was a Sundae with three huge scoops of ice cream and three toppings. It made me glow with happiness. I didn’t notice this walking in, but I did notice this walking out but how adorable is this? They have a walk up window with a courtyard. They get bonus points for that.

This is an adorable little ice cream shop in the foundry. I highly suggest the dark chocolate (golden something) and the java chip combination. It was delightful! There’s tons of seating inside the foundry.

Sylvie Dee's delivers on the promise that Half Pint at the Annex alludes to. The service is excellent, informed, engaging customers happily with song literally and figuratively (especially the eldest daughter who is organizing the register and circus of business like a head chef). The ice cream is solid and well priced, the soda fountain is great and worth a try, the waffle cones are homemade and solid. The decor is fun, especially the ice cream code tiled floor which is a perfect addition. The only real critique would be the house cake shake which needs to be completely redone as it takes more like an ensure chocolate shake with a chalk finish. Also the bulk candy space looks like it will be a dead zone where the majority of customers didn't give it a second look and this could be better used for promotional space for higher return home tarts or other items. Every shake shop loves to add a bulk candy for the decor but it isn't anything unique, fresh after a while nor affordable. The dual order process of inside and outside window is a stroke of genius as is the alley sitting area. Work to have a few more signature flavors and items, embrace seasonal themes to encourage return engagement and keep the energy & attitude and you have a perfect addition to the old Webster area.
