Crema's Take

Tucked into the Drift Hotel, this espresso-focused cafe takes their pour-overs and seasonal drinks seriously—think orange and cardamom lattes that elevate a simple coffee run into something memorable. The space strikes that rare balance of being Instagram-worthy without sacrificing substance, with a genuinely welcoming vibe that keeps people coming back to work, linger, and savor thoughtfully made drinks alongside excellent pastries like their celebrated mascarpone cinnamon roll.

I had a bad experience at the other Dawn Café location. However, here we ordered a pour-over that was impeccable, and the Mascarpone Cinnamon Roll was just great. The barista who prepared the coffee was very sweet, and the ambiance is so unique. I had a cozy and cute time at this café.

Not just a pretty face, this cafe has depth. It delivers on coffee, big time! I personally loved SB Latte under their seasonal (orange + cardamom) with a shot of espresso. Drip coffee and americano was good too. Quiche was okay, not great. Theres a huge seating area divided into multiple sections of couches, lounge chairs, work stations etc. There’s paid parking at the Drift Hotel, the cafe might be able to validate that. You place an order at the cafe, and they’ll bring it to you wherever you’re seated. The decor is very chic, aesthetically pleasing. The vibe is casual. Extremely impressed with the entire vibe of this place.

Use this Address for GPS: 10 Interstate Drive. The Drift Hotel. Just off James Robertson, at the bottom of the Bridge, across from Nissan Stadium. Heading West, you can also use Exit 48 Spring Street, and It'll be there at the bottom of the exit ramp Great spot to meet up for drinks and light lunch. The food was great! Try the Orange Cardamom Latte, The House Mimosa, Quiche, and Turkey Avocado Sandwich, with a delicious Chocolate Croissant! Looks like Saturday DJ Pool Party was fun! Cool atmosphere and comfortable seating options.

Beautiful place, the aesthetic and vibe of it all. All amazing, no complaints. Only thing is I did NOT at all enjoy was the coffee that included Mexican chocolate and espresso. It was super bitter! Hits your right in the throat. Don’t recommend that one, you’re probably better off ordering anything else.
