Great and unexpected find - stopped by the Marshalls to discover his great cafe. Wonderful coffee and the French sandwich was a great pair for a late breakfast. Wonderful staff and attentive service. Can certainly see why this place is so busy!

The coffee, food, atmosphere, and service are fantastic here! I am really picky about coffee and it was dialed in perfectly. They also make their own syrups. The food looks as good coming to our table as the display does. Everything we tried was delicious and we really appreciated all the vegetarian options We will definitely be back!

Great coffee and sandwich shop. We came two days in a row. The cinnamon roll (only on the weekends) was fantastic, good amount of cinnamon and the roll was soft with amazing icing. The espresso was good two. They make their own syrups and they were good. The sandwiches and salads were also very good. Good amount of vegetarian options as well. We love Ella’s!

Ella Cafe– Coral Springs For me, this is the best coffee shop in the Coral Springs area. Not only because of their excellent coffee, delicious pastries, and amazing food, but most importantly because of the girls and the entire staff, who always make me feel truly at home. They know exactly how I like my cappuccino: with almond milk, no sweeteners, extra foamy, served in a glass cup and always with a beautiful heart drawn in the foam. That level of care and attention to detail is something truly special 🤍☕️ The indoor atmosphere is eclectic, beautiful, and very welcoming. They even have small tables and chairs for kids, which is such a thoughtful touch. I personally love sitting outside and enjoying the outdoor terrace. It has become my daily must-stop, and whenever I can, I bring family and friends — they all absolutely love it. On top of that, the location is super convenient, surrounded by shops, hair salons, Fresh Market, Ulta, and Marshalls. I truly invite you to come and try it… you will love it, and you will love the people as well 💕

I am in Coral Springs for a work conference and I desperately needed GOOD coffee! Looked on google and found this little gem and WOW! Are my tastebuds happy they did! I had a Caramel Apple pie Latte (one of their seasonal flavors) and it was so delicious! Also ordered a BLT but I haven’t had that just yet. The ambiance is wonderful! The service is what made my day! Natasha was the first person I encountered here and her smile is infectious! She was kind and courteous and just nice to talk to (even if it is just for the few seconds it took to take my order) . Then Kayla (I hope I spelled her name correctly) made my coffee and I can just tell she made it with love! Thank you both for your customer service and handling a busy Saturday with such grace.
