Hands down the best coffee spot in town. I was in Wilmington for 3 weeks for work and visited most of the coffee spots here and this place had the best coffee, selection, and atmosphere. The staff is super nice and friendly. There is a large selection of espresso drinks, specialty lattes, and regular brews. They also sell small bites that are quite good. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for good coffee to go or a nice cafe to spend some time in.
The food is good but the gentleman making the food with both ears pierced was incredibly rude to a customer and spoke to her so disrespectfully I will no longer be returning. Just because you are busy and a little backed up you never speak to someone the way he did.
I had a very pleasant experience here at this location. I didn't even know they were there until I walked by. I was downtown coming from doing some banking business and I was in the process of walking back to Wilmington hospital when I came across the shop. I didn't even realize it was a coffee house chain, at first I thought it was independent. The gentleman who waited on me was very nice. I didn't get any coffee this time. I just got a couple of pastries and a croissant sandwich. Everything was very delicious and I will certainly try to come back here the next time I get a chance.
Stopped at Brew Haha for a coffee and a quick bite on Sunday early afternoon. Service was excellence. The ambiance is what I expected for a coffee house - warm, cozy, quaint. The coffee was delicious, and the bagel sandwich and avocado toast were great.
Friendly staff, lattes that are pleasing to the eyes and tastebuds, cool vibe, and they even serve sandwiches, what else do you need?! I was in the area and spotted this cute little cafe in the middle of giant glass PNC building. When I saw the wall decor, I was already tempted to go inside. The "voted as best coffee shop for 19 years in a row" sign sealed the deal!
