Amp Coffee LA
5259 Lankershim Blvd, Burbank, CA
Crema's Take
“Tucked in the lobby of a rehearsal studio, this Burbank spot brings an unexpectedly vibrant energy where you can settle in with a meticulously pulled espresso or creative specialty drink like lavender matcha. The baristas clearly care about craft and hospitality in equal measure—regulars praise both the technically sound coffee and the genuine warmth of the team, plus the fresh pastries and healthy snacks keep the experience feeling complete. It's a spacious, welcoming place that works equally well for a focused work session or a leisurely afternoon, with the creative buzz of the building adding subtle character you won't find at typical coffee chains.”

The barista was so sweet! She also made a killer spro-ton and Chicago winter capp.
My lavender matcha was good, and I like that it’s a big space.
I like it very much and planning to go back.for me the coffee was good the snacks healthy and nutritious, and the pastries really fresh and delicious. Felt like a great place to enjoy an hour work or a chat with friends… the paintings give a nice touch to that place .
This is for Too Good To Go: I walked in about 6 minutes past pickup time, but they welcomed me in anyhow. They were really friendly. I did end up ordering coffee and it was really good, not burnt and acidic. Onto what I received: Egg spinach cheese sandwhich- Delicious 2x Passionfruit peach filled cookie pastry - incredible glad for 2 Cookie Brownie - want a second one... maybe a third. Exceptional and price point on Too Good To Go 4.99 Thanks AMP!
Amp Coffee is a coffee bar at the lobby of a rehearsal studio, which unexpectedly has an interesting impact on my experiences. When I first came here in the afternoon, it was quite a scene. There is noise from the studios, there are band members coming in and out, often carrying musical instruments. I can even hear the entire conversation when the front desk staff talks on the phone. It is a bit chaotic, to be honest, but part of me also feel good to be in such a lively, communal atmosphere. Then I started to come in the morning, especially before the studio opens at 10am, the vibe is totally different. It's quiet, chill, and I enjoyed chatting a little bit with the baristas. Personally, this is a much more enjoyable experience. Regardless, the space is quite spacious with a few big tables in the lobby. Coffee wise, Amp is great. They serve Stereoscope and Saint Frank beans and I like them both. I've had some good coffee here and particularly enjoyed a visit when barista Brenden poured me an excellent cortado and we had a great conversation. Now that I come mostly in the morning, this is my favorite place to get coffee in NoHo. The convenient location makes it even sweeter.
