Crema's Take
“Greenway Outfitters is a wonderfully welcoming hybrid spot where specialty coffee meets quality bike rentals, creating the perfect base camp for exploring Hot Springs' scenic trails. The staff—especially the genuinely enthusiastic team—treat every visitor like a friend, and the homemade approach extends to their coffee and pastries, making it feel less like a transaction and more like stopping by a knowledgeable local's hangout. With dog-friendly outdoor seating, plenty of parking, and that rare combination of excellent coffee and adventure-ready equipment, it's become the kind of place where cyclists, coffee lovers, and families naturally want to linger before or after exploring the greenway.”

Had a meeting here today and I’ve got to say—I love the vibe! Great coffee and friendly staff who made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The whole place has a wholesome, relaxed atmosphere. The fact that you can rent bikes and explore such an cool park and trail system nearby makes it even better. Definitely a great find in Hot Springs!
Awesome bike selection, definitely not those sluggish e-bikes you get at some places. I felt like I was on a motorcycle. Attentive staff, and the place has a great vibe. Location could not be any better, either. Close to downtown, across from the Greenway and a bike track? Come on now. 10/10 would bike again.
The cutest place and such a great atmosphere! The manager is amazing and they make everything homemade! Simply can’t get better than that. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience renting bikes with them! The ebikes were in good condition, they were good quality and a TON of fun. We rode down the greenway trail and enjoyed the beautiful fall colors and then all the way up to the mountain tower! It was a little bit chilly, but it was still definitely worth it. Greenway outfitters also has hot chocolate and tea!
From the moment we walked in, Trevor greeted us like an old friend who also happens to be an expert in bikes, kids, and good vibes. The bikes themselves were in excellent condition—new, clean, well-maintained, and clearly loved. Our little family of four was in great hands—especially our nervous 5-year-old, who wasn’t so sure about the whole “riding a bike” thing. Trevor was incredibly patient, kind, and swapped out gear like a pro until everything fit just right (no small feat when kids are involved!). He gave us a great tutorial on the e-bikes—thorough, easy to understand, and not the least bit intimidating (even for parents who haven’t ridden a bike since… let’s just say it’s been a minute). He also pointed us to the perfect spots on the trail that the kids would enjoy—scenic, safe, and just the right amount of adventure. After our ride, Trevor even refreshed our water bottles with the good ice (yes, that magical Sonic-style ice that makes hydration feel fancy). It was the perfect way to cool off after a fun ride. P.S. A huge thank you to Trevor and the awesome staff for saving the day when our 7-year-old’s personal bike had a flat tire. Not only did they inflate it, but Trevor complimented her bike like it was a top-tier model—pretty sure he would’ve taken it for a spin if he could. Between the flashing lights and spoke beads, it was basically the envy of the shop. The only thing we’d recommend? Offering a small discount for veterans, first responders, teachers, etc.—a thoughtful touch that would make this already-great experience even better. Nonetheless, we’ll absolutely be back. Five stars all the way!
