Crema's Take
“Tucked into a quiet Chicago neighborhood, this gem radiates genuine warmth from a sweet owner who clearly cares about creating a bright, cheery gathering space complete with games on the tables and inspirational art on the walls. The coffee shines with standout drinks like a rich mocha latte and indulgent ube latte, paired beautifully with satisfying pastries and breakfast sandwiches like their deluxe option with garlic aioli, all at refreshingly reasonable prices. It's the kind of place where you can linger comfortably whether you're catching up with friends, working on your laptop, or just savoring a moment of peace between life's errands.”

Kafe Con Amor is a sweet little neighborhood café that feels warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. The coffee is smooth and flavorful, and the pastries add a comforting touch without being overly heavy. There’s a relaxed, friendly vibe that makes it easy to sit down and stay awhile, whether you’re meeting a friend or just taking a quiet break. It’s simple, welcoming, and exactly the kind of spot that lives up to its name — good coffee made with a little extra care.
What a great little shop. Clean, cute, and bright. The owner is super sweet. The mocha latte is delicious. The deluxe breakfast sandwich with garlic aoili is tasty. The prices are very reasonable as well.Thank you! 💜
Such a gem! So friendly and great coffee. The space is so bright and cheery with inspirational art on the walls, and they have fun little games on the tables. It's a great place to catch up with a friend and chat for a while! Also around $4 for a latte!
I didn’t even know about this gem of a coffee shop till I happened to want breakfast between loads of laundry today. The owner is very sweet, the food and coffee were tasty and the prices are reasonable. I also like the positive posters and decor. Kade Con Amor is a great locally owned alternative to stopping at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.
Quaint and cozy coffee place in a quiet neighborhood- it was just lovely when I visited Saturday morning! The Ube latte was delicious and satisfying, no skimping here! My partner grabbed a breakfast sandwich and house coffee, and found both to be excellent. I overheard the owner mention shes been open for only a few month so I can imagine once the secret is out, the coffee shop will be pretty popular!
