Decently priced items, don't get me wrong it had a good selection too. But the employees were so unwelcoming that it just felt like a negative environment

very disappointed i feel i need to share this experience. i have been a customer at purple lotus since i was 14, i am a huge crystal collector with many pieces of theirs and i felt like i needed some change in my life so i went to purchase a moldavite ring. I was told while shopping this ring was solid sterling silver and it was an amazing piece to add to my collection so I purchased it for $350 and I was very happy with my purchase until I went home, and I looked down and noticed the prong was completely pulled off my ring. I was very confused and sad, especially knowing what moldavite represents. I went back to purple lotus to explain what happened and that my ring broke the second day wearing it and the employees there were asking me what I did wrong and continued to explain that all sales are final and I can take it to a silversmith to get it repaired and pay even more money than what I originally have spent for the ring. i am just so disappointed in purple lotus. they falsely represented THEIR PIECE. solid sterling silver doesn’t crack and the stone was also GLUED in place. what’s more upsetting is how their employees treated me coming back like it was my fault. do better and don’t lie to your customers.

Just went holiday shopping for my Mom and girlfriend. I was a little nervous cus I'm not alternative or an outgoing person, but this place has super sweet staff and a nice atmosphere! It was fun exploring all the jewelry :)

They got everything from cute rave clothes and accessories to crystals and locally made flow toys! The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions.
