Crema's Take
“Tucked in Carson, this spot brilliantly blends Asian fusion comfort food with creative coffee drinks that go beyond the usual—their ube coffee is a standout, a creamy, thick dream with serious espresso backbone that regulars rave about. The kitchen takes pride in bold flavors, especially their garlic noodles and orange chicken, making it an easy choice if you want to fuel up with both a memorable meal and an adventurous coffee in one visit. It's got that relaxed, friendly vibe that works just as well for a quiet afternoon as it does for meeting up with friends.”

I ordered the garlic noodles and chicken and they where both fantastic! Very good flavor and the chicken was cooked perfectly! I will definitely be eating here again!
Excellent variety of Asian fusion meals and specialty drinks combined! I really enjoyed the Orange Chicken & Garlic Noodles. Great service as well!
Service was great. Guy was attentive to our table. But the food was a major let down. We ordered the beef and broccoli and an order of chicken fried rice. Well the beef and broccoli was OK the portion was lack luster and rice was dry and need more sauce. As for the sauce on the beef was amazing but the beef being sliced so thin cooked on a rapid high heat ended up getting over cooked. Now for the chicken fried rice. Was a major let down and ancestors turn in the grave let down. The amount of chicken was majorly lacking as for the rice yes dry. And if they used salt or msg it was way to much. The rice seem to be a stir fried white rice with some soy sauce eggs and little pre cooked chicken thrown in. No peas no carrots no green onion. But a sprout of cilantro hmmm cilantro. Needless to say our two dishes rang up at a whooping 32.00 dollars and panda would of outshine it by miles.
Amazing food. Menu got small but the flavor on the food has become more flavoraful. Have to try there ube coffee. Is a delicious creamy drink. Thick ube cream and strong coffee. Mixed together is just freakin awesome. You will love it
Been here a couple of times with my wife and not ever written a review. My 3rd time and had a decent experience. Due to the time of day it wasn't really busy so better for us. About 2:30pm in a Wednesday. I ordered their Pad si Yew lunch special with Golden Milk Tea, wife ordered their garlic noodles with chicken lunch special, and daughter ordered their Pad Thai lunch special with Thai iced tea. Everything was quite a treat for what they have to offer. Place was clean (with the exception of the men's restroom, which needed a deep cleanse) organized, and good customer service. I've been to several Asian food restaurants and will say that Hiccups is more of a fusion style than authentic in flavors. Not quite sure I'd come back however it was convenient and we were in the area. I'd give um at least a 4 star for atmosphere if they would have taken better care of the restroom.
