Aroma Joe’s Coffee House

Ordered a cappuccino, a 16 oz drink, staff was very friendly, polite and served the order quickly. However, they made me a latte, not a cappuccino and, it was weak. I do not expect strong knock-your-socks-off coffee strength, but it truly tasted diluted. I had already driven away, otherwise I would have told them to remake it. I suspect they used 1 shot of espresso instead of two for such a large drink. If it had been 12 oz, it would have been better, but still a latte. It was cheaper than most large cappuccinos though, now I know why.

I come to this Aroma Joe’s once in a while through the drive thru and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve never been inside but the drive thru service is consistently quick and polite. My go-to order is a hot Aroma Mocha with an extra shot of Chocolate Milano flavor. It’s a special drink and I know how it’s made, but every time I order it the staff double check the ingredients with me. I understand this is probably part of their training, but it isn’t really necessary once the customer already knows their drink. They are always polite about it though. I recently started using the Aroma Joe’s app. It links easily to payment and you earn points, although I’m still figuring out what the rewards are. As for food, the donuts aren’t the greatest and I’ve had a croissant breakfast sandwich with ham and egg only that was just ok. Nothing amazing, but decent for a quick bite. The drinks seem to be their strongest offering and this location is usually pretty busy. Overall, solid coffee, friendly staff, and a good drive thru option in the area.

Super disappointed when I pulled up and the Sysco truck was there unloading. The place inside was super cute and definitely a place to hang out for a bit. Sad that it’s become the norm to accept the crappy, processed, frozen food that seems to dominate now. Ended up going up the road a couple miles to Drop Cafe and so glad we made that choice. Homemade baked goods and real food. Not prefrozen crap.

This was my first time ever trying Aroma Joes and it won’t be my last! If you’re unfamiliar with their drive through/ordering process, you order at the first window with an employee, but have time to view the menu board prior. They have an abundant amount of coffee flavors, and drink options, along with breakfast sandwiches and snacks. They also have an app you can use to earn rewards for your purchases and pay!

I’m a regular and I’m always impressed with how kind the staff is and how good the coffee is! The workers at this location always have a smile on their face and are willing to make recommendations. Iced coffee is the best - year round! This one’s an XL with 4 pumps of sugar free while chocolate and almond milk 😋
