“Waterloo has built the kind of welcoming third space that Round Rock was desperately missing, complete with porch swings, an upstairs play area, and a staff that remembers regulars' orders down to a daughter's preferred smoothie color. The coffee itself is legitimately excellent—their creative specialty drinks and traditional espresso work equally well whether you're catching up with a friend for an hour or grabbing a quick caramel frappe on your way out. This is the rare coffee shop where moms, remote workers, and serious coffee nerds all feel equally at home.”
