Centro Villa 25

CentroVilla25 is a essentially a dual-purpose Latino market. The layout is split in half: one side, the Mercado Verde, serves as a food hall with various kiosks, while the other side is dedicated to local merchants, retail, and community space. ​We recently stopped in and tried El Kiosquito Boricua and Tumbao58, and both were outstanding. The flavors are authentic and the quality of the food makes it clear why these spots are so popular. ​Logistics and Seating ​While the market is a great addition to the city, it isn’t massive, so you should plan your visit accordingly: ​Parking: There is a free parking lot on-site, but it is relatively small and fills up fast, especially on weekends. Be prepared to wait for a spot or look for street parking nearby. ​Seating: The main food court area has a decent amount of seating, but it can get crowded during peak hours. ​Pro Tip: If the main tables are full, look for the counter seating along one side of the food stands. There are also a few scattered tables tucked away in the merchant section of the market that people often overlook. ​If you’re heading there on a busy day, just bring a little patience for the parking and the food lines—the meal is well worth the wait.

Very cool and modern project, practically brand new. Such a great place to pass a Saturday afternoon. I reccomend getting an arepa at the Venezuelan place!

This place is a MUST try for anyone who enjoys Latin food! There are a variety of options from different Latin countries. I was only able to try food at one place and ordered pistachio coffee at another Cuban stall. The food was great! The pistachio coffee was okay. I should have gone with a mocha or something else, but it’s still not bad. Prices are very reasonable! Besides the food, they are starting to have small shops popping up in the building. There is also a large sitting space to enjoy your meal while listening to Latin music. I will definitely come back here to try other Latin dishes.
