Lancaster Coffee Co. & Cafe

Apparently they delete bad reviews to avoid accepting responsibility or receiving any backlash so beware. My review wasn’t mean, it was honest and straight to the point when I could have been a lot more honest about it. A particular employee at the cafe on register was unbelievably rude, super short with me, and gave me attitude when I asked any questions. She gave the type of mean girl attitude where she thinks she’s slick and condescending enough to get away with it but I could see right through it. Menu items are good, but don’t expect a welcoming atmosphere.

I have loved the Lancaster Coffee Company and have been a long time customer, however the last several times I had an iced latte I was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality. I keep coming back hoping that it was just a fluke but sadly it’s been going downhill for awhile now. I’m not sure if the baristas are not trained well or if it’s the quality of the ingredients. I would like to support a small business but honestly Starbucks lattes taste a lot better. Also, I think maybe adding whipped cream or cold foam options might make them tastier as well.

Great seeing new local businesses pop up that are good for the community. This is no exception. Cute Café with great décor, friendly attentive staff and delicious food! Breakfast items, artisan sandwiches, desert items, coffee and even beer. Looks great with the sidewalk seating. Wishing the Lancaster Coffee Co team a lot of success. Hopefully this spurs continued positive growth in the "downtown" area. UPDATE. We have been here many times and it continues to be one of our favorites. The menu gets occasional tweaks. The French Toast is gone, but the now have Belgian Waffles for example. They also have a fairly large selection of macaroons.

☕️ I started my day with a coffee from this place, and it was amazing! You can really taste the rich, real coffee flavor. It was perfectly foamy and nice and hot! I paired it with a sandwich that was absolutely delicious. A perfect combo to kickstart the day! “The staff was amazing—super attentive, fast, and provided excellent service. They really made the experience even better!”

Cute little coffee shop and cafe with friendly service. Coffee was great, and a nice selection of beverages. Nice menu, have had (much) better egg sandwiches but with their menu and baked goods I’m certain there are 5 star options there
