I had an incredible first-time experience at Proof & Press after a long day at work. The lounge had a well balance music taste, drinks and ambiance, also to my delight, it was Jazz night—one of my favorite genres. The highlight of the evening was the exceptional service from bartender Paulina. She was not only welcoming and attentive but also impressively knowledgeable, offering spot-on drink recommendations that elevated the whole experience.
