Crema's Take

Paquita is a Victorian-inspired tea sanctuary where thoughtfully curated, incredibly fresh selections like Genmaicha and Pouchong take center stage, backed by genuine care in every pour. The quaint, well-appointed space feels like stepping into a time capsule—perfect for lingering over tea with a friend or settling in with light fare that pairs beautifully with their fairly priced offerings. Despite occasional inconsistencies with food, the tea expertise and cozy atmosphere make this gem worth seeking out for a contemplative morning or afternoon escape.

Had a lovely morning tea at Paquita! The space is quaint and fields a little bit like a Victorian time capsule. The tea is priced extremely fairly and it seems like so much pair has been put into every utensil and cup. I had a pot of the mint chai, with a side of milk and honey, and it was delicious! I also had a slice of the Matcha loaf, which was a highlight. Highly recommend for a casual, but thoughtful the experience— feels like you’ve happened upon a little gem.

This is place is such a gem! The tea selection is thoughtfully curated and incredibly fresh, and you can really tell how much care goes into everything they offer. The space itself is cozy and well-appointed, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a perfect place to slow down and enjoy a cup of tea. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations. A truly lovely tea experience. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Paquita is a wonderful tea house that offers an immensely fascinating collection of teas. We tried the Genmaicha and Pouchong tea to go. They also have a few sweet and savory items that they want you to purchase if you want to be seated during lunchtime. The seating is limited to 3-4 seats and it can feel a bit cramped. The selection of teapots and related accessories for sale are also elegant and great! Worth a visit for sure.

Was really looking forward to this place after walking by a few times and seeing how pretty the setting is but was overall disappointed with my visit. The place has a great ambiance but the food and tea is very overpriced. The food and the service is also okay at best. There is a minimum purchase of one tea pot per person and one food item. Tea is $14 and food varies but expect to pay $25-$30 per person for tea and a small pastry. If you are a tea fanatic you might have a better time here but for me there was almost no description of any items and just had to go by scent. The food items are not very different than what you might find at Starbucks but twice the price. The pastry set in the picture was $12, very small and really nothing special. The place is beautiful but the seats are also very cramped together so you will be hearing everyone elses conversations. Unless you really like the aesthetic and are a big tea person i wouldn't recommend this place

I stopped by this tea house a while ago with a friend and had a great experience. The tea was really good, though definitely on the pricier side. The food was amazing, and the people working were very kind and patient explaining everything to us. The aesthetic of the place is also beautiful, and I love that it almost doubles as a small ceramic shop with tea sets on display. Overall, a really charming spot if you don’t mind spending a bit more.
