Crema's Take
“This beloved Palm Springs institution is a bustling neighborhood gem where expertly crafted bagels steal the show—especially their weekend olive and fennel special—paired with surprisingly stellar cold brew that locals rave about as some of the best they've had. The vibe is genuinely welcoming, with staff who treat your pup like family and keep the line moving efficiently even when there's a crowd, making it perfect for a quick coffee run or lingering breakfast with friends. Fair prices, first-rate pastries, and an early-bird mentality (they sell out!) make this the kind of place where regulars can't help but keep coming back.”
What to expect
Cold brew standout. A quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Dog friendly. Family friendly.

See all on Google →Words cannot describe how wonderful this bakery is. Best we've ever had but that also tells you it gets really busy. Well worth visit or in our case, lots of visits. Great staff, great service, great food. Shame we were only there a short time. Highest recommendations, well…
f you appreciate the art of a true, boiled-then-baked bagel, Townie Bagels is a mandatory stop in Palm Springs. It’s the kind of place that values the craft—crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside, and clearly made with intention. It isn’t just a bakery; it feels like a…
Grateful for their toppings selection. Ordered a plant it (vegan) onion breakfast bagel sandwich open faced. So tasty! Fatty cream , just egg, sausage patty, in hindsight should've added tomatoes and capers. Very filling. Enjoyed our bagels back at the hotel
Love this gem of a place. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the bagels and treats are first rate and the prices are very reasonable. While bagels are their specialty, the other baked goods are also some of the best in town.
They are dog lovers! 🐕 My Chihuahua got at least as much attention as I did! Bagels great, so was Americano on ice. Crowded but line moves quickly and seats turn over pretty quickly too. If jammed ask someone to share their table. I did and it worked out fine. Good way to meet…
Get in line early! They will sell out! I was worried where I was going to find my usual post walk/exercise vegan bagel sandwich while I was in Palm Springs for a work thing. FOUND IT! (don't tell my usual place that I cheated on them!)
