Hey Bear
2201 Kerns Rising Way, Knoxville, TN
Crema's Take
“Hey Bear is a charming West Knoxville gem that feels more like a community gathering space than just a coffee shop, complete with its own small park, outdoor seating, and rotating food trucks that make it perfect for lingering with friends or family. The staff genuinely remembers regulars and crafts creative drinks—their vanilla cold brew with brown sugar and salted cold foam and inventive boba teas are standouts—while the festive, welcoming atmosphere keeps people coming back whether they're after specialty coffee, matcha tea, or just a cozy spot to let kids play and explore.”

Remembered my order and i had only been there one time before! Very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the vanilla cold brew with brown sugar and salted cold foam. Remember to shake it!
Love to take the kiddos here and let them play and run! They have outdoor seating and the Colombian truck is my favorite spot!
This place is great! My favorite thing was their small park. You can walk around and get some food from the food trucks. Theboba teas were amazing. Me and my friends got 3 different things. All of us enjoyed and loved what we ordered. I got a Thai Milk Tea. I absolutely loved it!
Hey Bear is a surprising little gem in West Knoxville! They mainly serve boba tea, but also have various snacks and some alcoholic beverages available too. Inside is a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space and spots to bring your work/homework and a little play area for kids! Outside, there are many seating options, food trucks, pavilions, and a playground! I went this past weekend for a Kpop Meetup event and was surprised with everything this cafe had to offer and I can't wait to go back!
Super cute spot! Went with a group of people from my department around Christmas time, and the place was nicely decorated and festive. There's honestly so many great things about this spot except for the parking situation. When I went, there were two food trucks out back one that sold a bunch of deep-fried food, and the other was Thai cuisine. They had a tent up with several propane heaters to keep us warm. There's a playground in the back also, so this place is great for children. Inside, at the time we went, there were local art vendors selling jewelry, which I thought was cute. They also sell Asian snacks like pocky and other drinks. I think there's a kid play area also. My only issue was I ordered a milk tea with 75% the amount of sugar and it was still incredibly sweet. Next time I'll ask for 25% and see how it is.
