Take It Easy Roasters

Ordered 1 cappuccino and 1 regular coffee that took longer than it should have to have it ready…a group of girl’s drinks (that were seated awhile) were finally made after I put in my order. Idk how long they’ve waited for their orders to come… The drinks aren’t terrible and pretty decent it’s just the service efficiency lacks. If the service was up to standard, this spot would be amazing to chill at. Minimal seating indoors and outdoor but I could see this spot being nice to chill at during warmer weather

If you’re looking for truly high-quality specialty coffee, this might not be a place worth going out of your way for. However, if you just need to quickly grab a coffee on the go, this place works well. The interior is average, and the coffee is fairly ordinary — nothing particularly memorable, but overall it’s fine.

This is an AWESOME local roaster/coffee shop with some amazing coffee. Their drip coffee is berry delicious & their mango sticky rice matcha is my favorite. Quality coffee, good vibes & lots of good food nearby.

Great experience. Liked the cortado so much that I bought a couple pounds of their beans. Their espresso machine was unique in that it was built into the counter and there was a flow profile setup by the roaster to get the best out of that specific blend. Highly recommend. Didn’t have one of these cookie croissants but thought it was noteworthy enough to take a picture of.

Take it Easy Roasters is nestled in the heart of Chinatown and I’m so glad I ran across this place! They have the cutest storefront and the most incredible espresso machine setup! We came here to grab a quick snack and coffee break and got the Ch-ube latte, Hoji-Thai latte , burnt suga, and the pumpkin cream cheese tart. Watching the drinks being made explains everything - you can tell the baristas take pride in their craft and they made the most perfect drinks I’ve ever tasted. I seriously can’t wait to go back to Vegas just for this! The staff was also very welcoming and nice and the cafe was very well kept. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!
