Crema's Take

This tiny Fullerton roastery punches well above its weight, earning devoted regulars who rave about the owner's hands-on presence and meticulous attention to detail. Their espresso-focused menu shines in creative specialty drinks like the perfectly balanced Pumpkin Biscoff Latte, while their vanilla lattes rival top specialty brands, making it ideal for discerning coffee enthusiasts on the go. Hidden gem status aside, Coffee Up Roastery delivers exceptional quality and surprising depth—from expertly crafted drinks to delicious paninis—all in a compact, spotlessly clean space that feels like a genuine neighborhood favorite.

Small little cafe but you can tell it is a favorite locally. More of a pick up and go than a sit and study/work, Cafe still cute though! I got the pumpkin biscoff latte yummy and not overly sweet very creamy

This place offers amazing variety of Lattes. I only go for Vanilla Lattes so I'm not too familiar with their specialty drinks. The Vanilla Latte though: Beyond other top brands out there at the moment. Extremely smooth and vibrant taste with excellent choice of vanilla syrup. They also offer roasted beans for sale if your in to making your own espressos at home 👍.

Currently one of my favorite coffee shops! I'm honestly surprised I didn't see a social media post about this place yet. Either I'm under a rock or ppl are gate keeping because everything I've tried is fantastic. There's also lots of unique latte options, which is something I seek out. My recommendations (in order) are the tiramisu latte, the Hawaiian, and the pumpkin biscoff. Staff is very welcoming/friendly as well.

Tiny Hidden Gem with Big Flavor……… This super tiny coffee shop might be easy to walk right past or drive—but don’t! It’s a hidden gem serving up great coffee and surprisingly delicious paninis. The space is very limited with just a few seats, so it’s more of a grab-and-go or quick bite kind of place, but that’s part of the charm. The coffee is smooth and strong, and the paninis are fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. Friendly service, cozy vibes—definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby.
