Crema's Take

Quebrada Baking Company is a genuine neighborhood gem in Watertown that feels like the antidote to chain coffee culture, with baristas who actually care and pastries that justify the trip—their ham and cheese croissants and buttery croissants are the real deal, though quality can be inconsistent. The space has an unexpectedly lovely interior tucked into a somewhat hidden entrance, perfect for lingering over good coffee or grabbing custom cakes and cupcakes for celebrations, and the friendly staff make it clear this is a place built on genuine hospitality rather than rushing you through.

Bought a 6 inch carrot cake for a birthday Cost 35 dollars with free lettering. The cake is delicious and the frosting a little too sweet

I normally love this place as it has great baked goods, especially the cookies. Today I went out to buy two croissants to make sandwiches and come home to open the bag and find one is literally HALF the size of the other and not nearly big enough to make a sandwich.. if I didn’t live 15 minutes away, I would go back.. for $4 a pop, it’s a bit disappointing. I wish they had paid closer attention to detail.

We ordered many cupcakes, small treats and a cake for a bridal shower. They did not disappoint. Some guests even went as far as saying the cake with whipped cream frosting and strawberries was the best they ever had. We definitely will use Quebrada for more events in the future!

Beautiful bakery store! I found the store locates at a weird place to get in, so easy to miss the entrance. But it was so nice inside, and they have postcard as well. I tried the little cheesecake. Tastes good, but it is really little.

Finally a real local bakery and coffee shop for my morning commute! The people here are friendly, the coffee is great, the ham and cheese croissants are amazing, and its fast. I can't do dunkins or starbucks anymore. Nothing is worse than walking into an empty store, and waiting 30 minutes for all the mobile orders and uber eats. Here there is none of that. Just park, order a pastry, self serve fresh coffee, and gone. Plus it is always nice to see a local business have better prices and quality than the big guys. Way to go.
