The first Cups, I do believe, and certainly the first Cups I ever visited--how is it that now it's staffed with an impolite staff who mostly just stand around staring down at their phones? lol Seriously, I'm going to go outside and yell at the clouds now.

Barista was nice but the cashier’s attitude really soured our experience here. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged when we walked in for at least 3 minutes. Barista was friendly and helpful and helped redeem an otherwise unpleasant and disappointing experience.
