Crema's Take
“Café Britt is a Costa Rican coffee roaster that operates primarily as a warehouse with inconsistent retail access—you may or may not find anyone to sell you beans if you show up in person, and their online ordering has frustrated customers with unfulfilled promotions and poor follow-through. Based on only 14 reviews, the rating of 3.1 reflects real problems with customer service and order accuracy, not just minor hiccups. If you're after high-quality Costa Rican beans (the Tarrazú gets praise), you might get them here, but expect friction and verify any deal before committing.”

Cafe Britt finally has nespresso pods! Love them!
