Cafe Britt

As a longtime customer of Cafe Britt, I was so upset with the poor customer service on my last order in February 2025. For years, I have bought 15 or 20 bags of Cafe Britt's delicious Costa Rican coffee without problems. It usually arrives within two days because it ships from near Miami International Airport. But this time, that didn't happen. Instead, my order wasn't filled for almost a week, and when I emailed and called Cafe Britt, I was told the U.S. Post Office had not recorded the tracking info properly. That was a lie! The coffee wasn't brought to the Post Office for shipping until the day before I got it. And the entire time they marked my order fulfilled on my account. Every time I communicated with Cafe Britt, it was not the company's fault or problem. Just the Post Office had a problem. I will rethink future purchases from this company, where I spend hundreds of dollars at time.

It's a warehouse, not a store, but if you ring the door and ask to buy coffee they will happily selll you. The coffees are all top quality Costa Rican beans, I recommend the Tarrazu.

No on-site coffee store. Went there is just a storage place. No one answer me.

Do not buy from this place, I ordered 13 bags to get 4 bags free but they never sent me 4 extra bags. It was clearly stated on the website at the time of the order that you will get 4 bags free when you place an order for 13. When I received the package there were only 13 bags. I sent them an email no one replied. This place will send you less than what you ordered.

Cafe Britt finally has nespresso pods! Love them!
