Went into the office to pick up an order and walked out canceling everything. Horrible customer service, rude, face looking bothered, and not to mention the place was HOT. All the workers did not welcome, smile, or ask if we were okay with the heat. My parents have gone a few times and have mentioned how the customer service is bad. I went in excited for this coffee my mom has been telling us about and left disappointed.

Everyone have a different results about this product and not every organism is the same. In my case sadly it didn’t work. It wasn’t for me. It may be good and great product for others but like I just mentioned, it wasn’t for me. After 2 months and one day using this product, the results are disappointing. I didn’t see any positive results. This last 12 days I have been so sick. I did a Covid test 3 times and they all came negative. All the symptoms I have are just like Covid ( I had bad covid before ) vomiting, fever, chills, bad headaches, you name it and plus that my sense of taste and smell have been gone for the last 3-4 days. About a month ago I noticed too that my blood pressure was a little higher than usual. The knee pain never got better, they hurt more then ever. Maybe the cold weather is a fact for that. But things that I had hope to get better, it never happened. After $300.00 dollars spent it, there is no more reasons to keep trying this product anymore. Someone told me, give it a month and is two months now. But here I am not saying: don’t buy it! It may work for you. It maybe worth it but if doesn’t work for you, you have to know that this product isn’t cheap at all. Good luck

The products are good but the shipping and delivery service is terrible, which I don't understand after paying $35 for shipping in 2 days, it ends up being 4 and it's not the first time this has happened to me, it's been more than 4 times.

Coffee is great but their customer service is horrible, in person and on phone. It's too bad their employees don't represent a good product such as this one. Pherhaps company can provide training to their employees first before they train their vendors.
