Butter Sugar Coffee

I really don’t understand the negative reviews here. I thought the customer service was wonderful, both people working were very welcoming and friendly. The food and drink options were unique and that’s what drew me in and were very yummy as well. The environment was so cozy and it felt like visiting a friends house. I think the people working are doing a great job and put in love and effort into what they do. I would love to visit again to try more of their drinks. The only thing is I wish they didn’t use the AI picture on the side of the building. It will get a much more authentic feel if real art is used. Even something simple. But other than that, 100/10!!

Best coffee in town, excellent customer service, and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Butter Sugar Coffee is the perfect local coffee shop! I go there almost daily and they never disappoint. Well worth it to give it a try, and the food is delicious too.

We like to give a place multiple tries in case of an off-day, however we have been here 3 times and the coffee is watered down and undrinkable. The staff always seems inconvenienced that you’re there as well. I would suggest, at the very least, to budget someone to come in and show the staff how to make proper coffee.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Butter, Sugar, Coffee! As a regular customer (twice a week is my norm), I can confidently say that their treats and drinks are consistently top-notch. If your a WOU student give them a try ASAP. Their waffle sticks and donut cookie are must-trys – the donut cookie is honestly one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted! But it's not just the food that keeps me coming back. The gummy bear spritzer is a refreshing favorite, and the customer service is always excellent. What truly sets Butter, Sugar, Coffee apart, though, is their kindness and inclusivity. My son is hard of hearing, and the staff have always been incredibly sweet and accommodating to him. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and stop by Butter, Sugar, Coffee. Your taste buds (and your heart) will thank you!

Very nice people, but unfortunately the coffee needs a bit of attention. The baked good were above average and I enjoyed them. As someone who really only does drip coffee, maybe places like these aren't always set up to be excellent on that. Other might have better luck with other types of drink items.
