Crema's Take
“Little Blue Bakehouse is a gem where the pastry game is genuinely next-level, with cult favorites like their pizza croissants and brown butter vanilla macarons that keep regulars coming back weekly for whatever's new. The team clearly takes their craft seriously—ask for Ace if you want to watch a master at work with the espresso machine, and pair whatever croissant catches your eye with a toasted coconut latte that actually tastes like someone cared. It's the kind of spot that feels like a neighborhood treasure, with warm staff and that rare combination of serious coffee skill and genuinely craveable pastries that make a quick visit turn into a long sit.”

The pizza croissants are absolutely the best most delicious croissant I’ve ever had!! Also ask for Ace to make your Mocha Latte. He’s a beast with that frother. OH and the brown butter vanilla macarons are amazing!!
In desperate need of coffee and breakfast snack, I found this shop near WakeMed facility. What a great experience. The staff was amazing, the French Toast Glazed Donut was tasty, and the coffee hit the spot. On my way out I grabbed some macrons for the wife which looked mouthwatering. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.
I absolutely love this coffee shop! They have all kinds of wonderful sweet and savory treats to try from. The team adds so many new and delicious treats each week. My three favorites are the strawberry toastie, the pepperoni toastie, and the peanut butter pie! The team puts so much love and care into every baked good, whether it be sweet or savory. I really enjoy the friendly and positive atmosphere every time I come in. Everyone is so kind and I enjoy talking to everyone on the team. I would definitely recommend the peanut butter pie! its very good!
Came in for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. I tried the pepperoni croissant and a toasted coconut latte. Both were amazing and I am glad that I live only 5 minutes away. They’re probably about to be sick of seeing me.
I wish I could properly articulate how much I LOVE Little Blue Bakehouse. I’ve frequented the Alamo since it opened and have supported this business since they opened as well. Such an incredibly fun and unique idea to basically have a dessert food haul, with several small businesses inside. Not only that but then there’s tons of drinks, and coffee they offer, and don’t even get me started on the monthly drink specials that always blow me away. Just so insanely creative. I have a gluten allergy and I feel very comfortable ordering all the GF options here without concern. Everything is absolutely DELICIOUS. And beautiful! The staff has always been super welcoming and friendly. I will never stop supporting.
