Hawi Coffee Company @Kohala Coffee Mill

I tried the coffee ice cream and was a little disappointed. The texture was smooth and creamy, but the coffee flavor wasn’t very distinguishable. I was hoping for a richer, bolder coffee taste that really stands out. It’s still a nice treat if you prefer something mild, but true coffee lovers may want something with a stronger roast profile.

The salted caramel cortado was DELICIOUS. Loved the local atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and the wait was short. Cool merchandise to look at while you wait or a couch to sit and read at. They also have gelato that looks to die for! Table seating is outside.

Really really good coffee. The Americano had such a robust flavor. I didn’t try the food but it looks pretty good! Some fresh fruit available on occasion too. Will definitely be coming back! A lot of outdoor seating.

We stopped here for some ice cream and a coffee. I had a mud in a cone and it was so good. I also ordered a cold brew (they forgot the cream but wasn’t an issue for me). The coffee was still amazing and hit the spot the cream didn’t. If I lived here, this place would be a regular stop for me.

I popped into this place for a coffee and also grabbed a breakfast burrito melt. Both were incredible. This place also had a cool laid back vibe and good tunes. Seemed like an awesome spot to spake up convo over coffee with friendly locals and enjoy a coffee on their patio. Definitely worth checking out they have very quality stuff!
