Colorado Bagel Sandwich Shop
1815 Central Park Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO
Crema's Take
“This Steamboat Springs bagel shop wins hearts with genuinely creative seasonal shmears and a loyal following that keeps them busy, though consistency can be hit-or-miss during peak weekend rushes. The Riverside location shines as a welcoming spot for leisurely breakfast with a genuinely friendly crew, making it worth seeking out if you're craving a properly made bagel sandwich in a ski town. Just hit them on quieter mornings if you want to experience them at their best.”

Their Bagels are decent in my opinion. Even if they cost twice as much as bagels back home. I think they have operational problems. Sunday morning is prime-time for bagels...right? Maybe they should add an extra person on Sunday to prepare for the rush. Then the wait for a simple bagel sando is not 20+ minutes. If you're looking for a quick breaky on the way to the Mountain this ain't the place.
We got a few takeout bagels. They are very tiny. The Asiago cheese bagel was hard as a rock (we didn’t order it toasted, just plain). It was pretty dry and we bought them on a busy Saturday morning. Go elsewhere if you don’t want an old stale bagel. One we ordered, a plain bagel was softer and fresher.
Absolutely ridiculous. I paid $53 for 12 bagels and a pathetic, barely half-filled container of white fish that I had to come back and pick up 24 hours later. This isn’t about the price — it’s the audacity of serving such a laughably small amount. The fish didn’t even come close to being a proper protein portion for one person, not even close. I drove out in the snow with high expectations and left completely disappointed and honestly speechless. I regret ordering at all — total waste of time and effort.
Best bagels in Colorado—let alone a small ski town. Fantastic employees! Yummy seasonal shmears! I shop both locations but prefer the Riverside one for a leisurely breakfast or lunch.
One of the worst bagel breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The “egg” was so thin and processed I thought it was a piece of Colby cheese. If someone orders an egg and cheese bagel they deserve more eggs than this. Especially for the price that was charged.
