Los Hongos Cafe and Plant Bar

FINALLY tried this place (been eyeing them since their grand opening), and I'm sad it took me so long!! I tried the oyster mushroom tacos (made vegan) and LORD! So flavorful and well prepared. Really good portion sizes. I will definitely be back to get these again and try more items. Such a cute space and nice staff as well.

Beautiful cafe absolutely full of plants and good vibes. Big windows and nice seating. Great for a date or working. They also have a lot of plants for sale and healthy boosts to drinks and food. Sounds like they host events sometimes too and live music. Easy parking around the corner.

A unique spot with great vibes. Their staff was kind and helpful. They explained all of their specialty drinks. Hard to choose from all the amazing options. Ended up choosing the Mushroom Gut Health and Caradmom Cold Brew. They were delicious. I can't wait to come back and try other items!

Unique cafe with offerings you won’t find many places in town. Mushroom themed foods and drinks. Had an amazing jasmine candy cap latte with incredible oyster mushrooms tacos. Lots of interesting art, plants (some for sale), and seems to be a burgeoning community hub for the mycology community

What a sweet place! Among a diverse and thriving community of PDX coffee shops, Los Hongos really stands out. Not only was my bee pollen latte perfectly brewed & balanced, the decor impeccable, and the mushrooms popping out of every corner of this place, I was taken with Hongos the moment my barista asked me “how do you like it? Is it too sweet?” This is a place with innovative, and thoughtful cuisine for completely reasonable prices given the quality of ingredients and care. The service from the Hongos crew is above and beyond. I’m so excited to finally have a neighborhood coffee haunt again, and to see what tasty inventions come out of them next! 💖
