I love pho and have lived all across the country. Vk Viet has the best vegan pho I have ever had by far! The broth is delicious, so many veggies, and the tofu is perfectly cooked (which is saying a lot because at most places I have to force myself to eat the tofu for the protein). AND they are open early enough to have pho for breakfast! I go often and it is great every time. Everyone I have brought here has loved everything they ordered, vegan and not. Can’t recommend enough!

The first time I came here the experience was not that good, but i decided to come again and i can say it was 10/10 pho. The small size is small enough to finish, the beef broth does not need any sauces. It’s quality broth and steak. I also had the flan which was very good.
