I don't think I have fallen in love with a place so quickly, ESPECIALLY not a coffee shop. The product is LOCAL and amazing. You HAVE to try their Butter Coffee... it's literally got the comfort of drinking a hot cup of coffee while eating a buttered and freshly toasted slice of sourdough bread. I also don't think I've come across a company that has hired such a wide range of polite, personable, and helpful employees who also have a passion for the company they work for. I have visited the Round Rock location off of University twice in the last 4-5 days and BOTH times, I have encountered this same energy from the 5 or 6 employees I have met, and they all have emulated such knowledge and passion regarding Malone as a company, and the products. This was especially obvious with Andy and Odin, but everyone has been GREAT.

Nice selctions for breakfast sandwiches! Delicious, fresh, served on what tasted like a freshly baked croissant (vs store bought), light, flakey, delicious. Their regular brew coffee tasted good. I didn't love the espresso, but I tried it straight which I don't usually do. It is probably more enjoyable in a latte or if I had added more cream than I did. Staff is friendly, it had plenty of comfy seating, and the color scheme is prettier than Starbucks. Music was not my favorite but it was just one stupid song that came up that caused me to notice it, otherwise the music was not too bad.

Ordered a large decaf iced coffee and basically got a cup of creamer (see pic). I was then kicked out by the ignorant employee who has zero customer service skills for asking about how they thought this was an acceptable drink. The customers around me pointed out that my drink didn't even look like weak chocolate milk and they said they would've been pissed. I've never been here before and this was the worst experience I've had. I've managed multiple stores both big and small box and this crew would never have made it in my stores. I asked for the owner's name and they refused to give it to me and they wouldn't even give me their names. I was told to leave and i wasnt welcome there. This was a disgusting start to my day and I do not recommend wasting your time or money on these immature, inconsiderate, rude people. I have never been kicked out of any business and I've never felt so humiliated as I did this morning.

First time at a Malone’s. Went to the Round Rock location off of University Blvd. Looove the cold brew Firecracker. It’s a must try! Great service and the blueberry muffin was chef’s kiss.

Dee and Haley have exceptional customer service and really made it a great experience for me. They were friendly, patient, very pleasant and happy to be there & had great knowledge of the menu. I usually go to the Malone's in Pflugerville (have sent like $300+ at that location because I used to go almost every day), but decided to come to this location today. Side note I only stopped going to that location as my work situation changed. They are still 10/10! The menu between the 2 shops is identical, and quality, ambiance and everything are exceptional. Love the huge bright big windows, with PLENTY of seating, indoor and out, board games, art and PacMan machine. Bathrooms are VERY clean like the other location which is important to me because I do work at coffee shops, I want to feel comfortable using the restroom. Today I ordered the Mocha Cayenne. It was a lot spicier than I expected (I am hispanic and my grandma makes spicy coffee but this was something else,) and they offered to let me switch the coffee out for another drink. I decided to get a regular hot latte. I also ordered the avocado toast which was fire and fresh as per usual. Just very impressed with their positive attitudes and they genuinely wanted to help make it above and beyond experience for me which I appreciate! Thank you, will be back again and bring people!
