Crema's Take

Figs Cafe & Farmacy is a charming downtown gathering spot that seamlessly blends coffee, ice cream, and a thoughtful lunch menu with a carefully curated selection of local goods, creating an unexpectedly complete experience in one cozy space. The staff's genuine warmth—from asking kids about their order to crafting clean, balanced meals—makes everyone feel genuinely welcomed, whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a leisurely afternoon. It's the kind of place where a $12 lunch comes with complimentary coffee and ice cream, and where the homemade pastries and creative sandwiches (like their beloved Clemson dog) taste like they're made with real care.

This place is yummy. My daughter had the Clemson dog and we both ate on it and it was delicious. I had the chicken bacon ranch on flat bread and it was good. I didn't get a chance to try any of the ice cream but I will when if I get a chance when I'm back in town. If you haven't stopped by for a bite to eat what are you waiting for?

Figs is a cute downtown coffee shop/ ice cream shop/ brunch place and also has a small selection of canned goods and novelty food items. This is a nice place if you want to come relax and sit and eat. Ice cream service is fast, and flavors are really delicious. Getting coffee here takes awhile as there is often not dedicated coffee staff and someone from the ice cream counter has to come over. This is no problem, it just means that this isn’t the place to come in a rush.

The girls at the counter are so sweet. They let my four-year-old order his own ice cream and they asked him questions and he really enjoyed that. They have lots of good options and some gluten-free treats around the farmacy. I don’t live in Anderson, but I always enjoy coming and stopping at figs.

Everything about this little cafe is good.I had a very nice $12 lunch with free drink and ice cream!! Their food is very clean and balanced. If in Downtown Anderson, definitely give them a visit.

Probably the cutest (can guys say that?) business in downtown Anderson. Where else can you buy some local goods AND be served food this good? Nowhere in Anderson that I know of. It’s a great little informal dining experience. We had a sandwich and hot dog (not your average hot dog). Both were great. I’ve been before and had the burger. Never been disappointed with the food. I have heard of beer flights at breweries and such, but I had never heard of ice cream flights. Brilliant idea, and yes please! Wife and I really enjoyed sharing the six flavor flight!
