Bob's Big Cup

Every time I stop in for coffee in the morning, the wait is over 10 minutes—even when I’m only the second person in line. That’s just too long for a coffee shop. The staff is always kind and friendly, but the service speed really needs improvement. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve stopped tipping because of how slow the experience has been.

Good service but horrible coffee. Had to throw it out. Burnt and low quality.

Most everybody that works there is nice except that Really overweight girl with dark brown hair. She is not friendly at all! I can barely hear her when she’s talking and she only says “what do you want” Or she just stares at you until you tell her what you want. She never smiles. The coffee is just OK. Nothing special, way too much flavoring is added, way sweeter than anywhere else in Helena

I ordered 2- 20oz Carmel Machiato's. Total was $16.47 ? When i asked why the drinks where almost$7.50 each the attendant just looked at me and said they charge for a mocha with flavoring. Ok so your sign says mocha $4.99 flavor .50 per shot that was the only answer i got. Coffee had no flavor other than burnt. Over priced and unable to make simple drinks
