Madame Brioche Bistro
2400 FM 1488 Suite 100, The Woodlands, TX
Crema's Take
“Madame Brioche Bistro nails the French brunch formula with standout Eggs Benedict and consistently smooth espresso drinks that feel like they belong in a Parisian bistro, not suburban Texas. The pastries are legitimately good, the portions are generous, and the owner's visible presence in the dining room sets a tone of genuine hospitality that keeps people coming back for Sunday mornings. Fair warning: the ergonomics are a bit off—chairs sit oddly high relative to tables—but the warm staff and welcoming vibe make it easy to overlook.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Madam Brioche Bistro is a charming brunch spot worth trying. The Eggs Benedict were excellent, and the double espresso latte was very good—smooth and well made. The French toast, however, was average. We were seated near the entrance, and with the ceiling fan running and the…
Okay - chair height to table height, I might be wrong but they're off by 5"+, making it a bit uncomfortable for me. The atmosphere was solid, waitstaff on it. This place seems very clean & the pastry cases will make you drool. I had a Ruben that was super - could have more…
We had a nice Sunday meal at Madame Brioche. It was nice to see ownership so active in the restaurant. Food was delicious and efficiently brought to the table. Our server had a good sense of humor and brought us a few laughs. We would recommend and will definitely return soon!

This place was recently recommended to us, and we decided to give it a try — so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the greeter and staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We ordered the salmon omelette and the goat cheese quiche, with roasted potatoes and salad on the side.…
