Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we sat down. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. While the meal was great and the staff was attentive, the coffee stolen the show. The traditional touch of cinnamon and piloncillo made for a perfectly sweetened, aromatic cup.

I kid you not, I am not exaggerating. This is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. From the deeply warm and inviting staff. Beautiful charming decor and outstanding food both in flavor, freshness and quality. I have never had such depth and flavor in the cuisine they are cooking before. In one month I’ve gone 5 times and everything I’ve ever ordered is outstanding, I’m a professional chef of 20 Years and can’t speak highly enough of this place !!!

Been coming here for the last year and the food is impeccable! Our server Yolanda was extremely kind and helpful. She seated us, brought our menus and brought out some chips con coloradito & cheese, the perfect appetizer! brought out our drinks and food in a timely manner and it was delicious! We usually get chocolate de agua with pan de Yema, it’s a classic! To eat we enjoyed the chilaquiles, Coloradito and empanada de Flor de Calabaza. My family and I always leave satisfied. We do recommend the horchata here, it’s refreshing!

Easy parking, pleasant environment, excellent and friendly service and delicious food. The quadruple threat for an LA restaurant. I got the tlayuda, which was delicious and fun to eat (I mean, look at this portion)! And they have excellent salsas - I recommend their salsa verde. Carlos was a great server. It was my first time here and he recommended his favorite foods and drinks. You can’t leave without getting the passion fruit agua fresca!
