BW Blacksmith Bistro

Madison and Charity are great workers and always welcome me with a smile. I love to hang out in the bistro during my break and chat with them. They have my order memorised and always have a great recommendation for food and drinks.

We ordered two coffee's white peppermint mocha and turtle mocha and much to our surprise they were plane and tasted the same.

Mia great service and great coffee will visit again. Made the best sugar free black and white!

Never had a problem getting coffee from here before when I worked at the hospital but I went in today and the barista had so much attitude, my little brother noticed. I went back a second time not thinking about it and she had attitude again then was nice to the lady behind us. Idk if it was a race thing or if she was having a bad day but my mom works at the hospital and has had 3 bad experiences with the same barista.

I visited this coffee shop about 5 times during my best friend’s babies NICU stay. I had already been told how rude the barista was but got to witness it for myself every time I visited. Charity went out of her way every time I was there to put other employees down and provide very rude and snappy customer service. My final visit, I asked her what her name was so I could write this review. It’s not okay to treat people like this.. especially in a hospital where people are probably not having their best of days anyways.
