Crema's Take
“This espresso-focused roastery right across from City Hall puts their craft on full display with visible roasting machines and a dedicated cupping room that anchors the whole experience. The airy, welcoming space draws in serious coffee lovers and laptop campers alike, with generous tables perfect for groups and genuinely friendly staff who make everyone feel at home. Beyond excellent, carefully-pulled espresso and pour overs, they pair everything with genuinely excellent pastries—just time your visit if you want the freshest baked goods.”

Plenty of street parking, but it can become limited at times. Nice open space with a few larger tables to accommodate groups. Coffee and pastries are top quality, staff is super friendly, and it’s just nice place to be downtown.
We received a gift card to Olympia Coffee Roasters for Christmas and couldn’t be happier. We’ve been to the Olympia location before while on vacation, so we already knew the coffee was excellent — but this experience really stood out. I initially placed a small order for 2 lbs, then realized it made more sense to order 5 lbs of whole beans for the better price and free shipping. Jordyn in customer service was absolutely outstanding — super responsive, helpful, and completely on top of canceling the original order and getting the new one processed without any hassle. The coffee itself is incredible, and it shipped the same day it was roasted, which says everything about their quality and care. We’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
I love this coffee shop! The atmosphere of this place is amazing. The staff were great and welcoming. I was there for a couple hours and I noticed that there were a lot of people who did the same. It's a popular spot and I can definitely see why! I got a Vanilla Latte and my friend got a London Fog. I really liked how the vanilla latte was not too sweet! The London fog was also really good. My friend also went back and order a mocha and again, was so good!
The drinks were great and the service was nice. Presentation was beautiful, but my Zucchini bread was a little on the drier side (maybe because I came closer to noon?). It was a nice place to stop by after visiting city hall using the rest of my parking time.
This place, located right in front of City Hall, leaves a strong impression as soon as you step in, with its coffee roasting machines and cupping room on display. The clean space is filled with the wonderful aroma of coffee. The coffee's taste is subjective and varies by personal preference, but I generally enjoy coffee with bright acidity, so it didn’t quite match my taste. However, the Matcha Latte was excellent. In the back, I noticed a Barista Training Center in the building. It’s definitely a place worth recommending!
