The made-to-order wraps and authentic man'ouche draw crowds who appreciate genuine flavors and generous portions, while the warm hospitality from staff like Sayda makes first-timers feel welcomed into Lebanese cuisine. If you’re in Miami and haven’t tried Thyme Machine, you’re seriously missing out. My boy Rachid didn’t just open a food spot, he built an experience. Authentic Lebanese man’ouche, fresh bowls, real ingredients, and that homemade flavor that tastes like someone’s grandma is back there cooking with love. Everything is made fresh, perfectly seasoned, and actually healthy without sacrificing flavor. The zaatar man’ouche alone is worth the trip, and the bowls are loaded, clean, and satisfying. You can tell this isn’t some generic food truck. There’s a story behind it, passion behind it, and quality in every bite. Miami has plenty of food options. Very few are this authentic and well priced!! If you see Thyme Machine, stop. Order. Thank me later.
We tried this spot for the first time, and it was also our first time trying Lebanese food, such a great experience! The girl (Sayda) working there was super nice and very respectful. She recommended the Za'atar-Labneh, and it was amazing. Really crunchy, fresh, and looked pretty healthy. We absolutely loved it. We also tried the Jallab drink, definitely an acquired taste, but really good. It’s sweet and almost tastes like candy. She even gave us a dessert to try (I don’t remember the name), and it was really good too. The service was excellent. The environment was nice as well. It’s located in front of a playground area for kids, which makes it a great spot if you’re going with family. We went at night, but I think going earlier in the afternoon would be even better. It was a really nice experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back to try more.
Conveniently located outside a park, just opposite Novotel, this food truck serves amazing wraps with generous portions of beef in it. Do expect a slight wait time as they are made to order. Highly recommend to add hummus. Their baklava is Lebanese style, slightly different from the Turkish styled baklava. Taste great nonetheless.
My first time here. This is a food truck that is parked here permanently and akways open. It is right by a park and within walking distance of my hotel. I could smell wonderful smells as I walked up to order. I was greeted even though I used the touchscreen to order. I had the chicken rice bowl. It was fantastic!! I am from Michigan and will be craving this. Sigh. Loved it!!
It’s this cute little Middle Eastern truck tucked inside a park, and the vibe alone makes you want to stop by. The food wasn’t amazing or anything mind blowing, but it was simple, decent, and had a nice homemade feel. My only real complaint is the price, but honestly that seems to be the norm everywhere in Miami lately, so it didn’t surprise me too much.
