Crema's Take
“Sable Coffee is a beloved espresso-focused spot in Whitefish that captures the relaxed, work-from-anywhere vibe of mountain town living, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating perfect for settling in with your laptop or meeting friends. Their specialty drinks shine—particularly their mochas, which locals rave about for hitting that perfect sweetness—and the quiet early mornings make it an ideal escape for road trippers and remote workers alike. While consistency can be hit-or-miss and service isn't always lightning-fast, the welcoming staff and genuine community presence keep people coming back whenever they're in town.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Pastries on the menu.

We stopped by on a rainy day for a warm drink and they delivered. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere welcoming. Seating next to a fireplace, comfy seating throughout. Going back to try the blackberry iced tea.
I was on a road trip in July stopped by for some coffee!! Glad this shop is here!! so thank you!! I didn't get any food treats. Early morning is best, very quiet. thanks for being here!

We tried their cardamom roll and white huckleberry mocha! Loved their mocha, it was super delicious! Perfect sweetness. It’s a good spot to chill or have work from cafe kinda a day. Staff is very friendly and the service is pretty quick! 10/10 recommend:)

The cream puff was not good. Not terrible. Not good. It is baked in a muffin tin, so all the best parts of the cream puff pastry are ruined, making it more like a bread lump on bottom. You can see in the picture it looks more like a muffin, and the cream is melted like they…
