CC Express & Slice It
75 Quinsigamond Ave, Worcester, MA
Crema's Take
“CC Express & Slice It offers a convenient drive-thru option for quick coffee and bagel sandwiches in Worcester, but the experience is inconsistent—while some staff members like Shana Adorno deliver genuinely attentive service, other visits have been marked by inattentive counter service and communication lapses. The shop struggles with operational details like inventory management and order accuracy, which can be frustrating when you're just looking for a straightforward specialty drink and light bite.”

Sat in drive through for 2 min, no acknowledgement. Drive to window and she was sitting at the counter on her phone. When ordering, no bacon which can happen. No other communication from worker. Disappointed as I come here at least weekly.
The girl behind the counter couldn't get off her phone to make my order and after I got my bagel I kindly asked about my drink where she got upset that I asked for my drink and proceeded to stare at me while she made my drink saying nothing like I was the problem. I said thank you when I got my drink finally and she just turned around and didn't say anything. I am truly sorry for asking you to do your job.
Where do I even start! I wanted to try a new coffee spot and ended up at Coffee and Connection. I thought I’d just place a simple order and be on my way like any other coffee shop… but not here. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best service possible. They even took the time to have a genuine, personal conversation with me — and my family just experienced a tremendous loss a few days ago, so that kindness truly meant a lot. It was honestly one of the best coffee experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return. Please check it out — I promise you won’t be disappointed!
My sister and I ordered Gluten free bagel sandwiches. Upon arrival we read the stores note that they ran out of gluten free bagels and gave us a free pastry, which we cannot eat because we have celiac disease. Our bagel sandwiches were also made with regular bagels. Doordash gave us a refund. I tried to call the store to inform them this is not a proper change since we have an allergy, they answered twice and hung up immediately. :/ we usually don’t make a big deal of food issues, but this one was bad.
I had a great experience thanks to Shana Adorno. She was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she really care about her work and the customers she served. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated, attentive, and efficient. Shana Adorno made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her hard work and excellent service. Highly recommend – she’s a real asset to the company!
