Much better food that the coffee shop 10 blocks south on 24th (which I also love). It's fun to see how many regulars cycle through whenever I work from here. The back patio area is also suuuper pleasant when the weather is warmer.

The food is pretty good! Always in need of a slice of quiche or a breakfast sandwich in the morning. The coffee was fine, not offensive but you will dislike it if you have high standards. Very cute backyard seating. Would stop by again.
