The moment draft kings collaboration with jackpocket began my account was locked with jackpocket! And has been for 5 months now and counting. Draft kings wanted me to merge my dormant draft kings account with the jackpocket account. My draft kings account was dormant for a reason! Not nice draft kings .
We don't gamble, but decided on Sportsbook for a quick dinner. Good pub grub, great fries, and our server Erica was an absolute superstar!
Review is for the Sportsbook: space is open and clean, plenty of betting kiosks. Placed wagers and sat down. Had to go to bar for beer. Waited for server. Asked the people next to me if I had to go somewhere to order food, they said a server would be around, eventually. Waited 15 minutes. Finished beer. No service. Some people sat down near me. Server came and helped them after a few minutes. I tried to wave server down to no avail. Eventually she came back around, waved, thought I made eye contact, server left without coming by. People next to me shared a slice of their pizza ( they get 5 Stars). Went to bar to get another beer. Came back and someone had grabbed my table. Decided to leave. 35+ minutes better service from the people at the table next to me. I hope the people who grabbed my table that I had to leave to get service had a better experience. Doubt I will return anytime soon.
