I just wanted to say thank you david and the owner for letting me stay and work at the coffee shop even when you were closing up! Your kindness and hospitality really made my day, and I got a lot of important work done. The atmosphere is amazing, and I love the vibe of the place. Thanks again for your help and understanding
VERDICT: The coffee is good, and the pie delicious. It's definitely worth stopping in to try when passing by. FOOD & DRINK: The Americano tasted like a medium roast blend containing some of the slight fruity notes of Nicaraguan or other South American beans but accompanied by an earthy tone that rounded it out well. I didn't see options for various blends, but this one was good. It paired well with the bourbon pecan pie. The crust was excellent, with a crisp, flavorful flake. The pecans were toasty and delicious, while the filling had excellent texture and flavor. There were a couple of bites where the bourbon overpowered the flavor of the filling, but I'm guessing that's a fluke or the bakers may consider cutting the bourbon into into the mixture earlier for better spread without over-working. SERVICE: Service was excellent. The coffee was done well, and the staff were quite cordial. ATMOSPHERE: Music was loud, though seating was clean and not too crowded.
Yummy coffee! Lots of coffee choices!
Very friendly staff! Tasty espresso ! Nice atmosphere! It’s highly recommended!
This is a nice spot to sit for coffee and a dessert or lunch. They had vegan milk options for their coffee drinks. There's a lot of seating and it has great natural light from the big windows. The coffee was delicious and the pie even more so! I didn't notice many options for people with dietary restrictions in case that is a concern. But otherwise it's worth a visit!
