White Bison Coffee

The coffee is not good. It’s very bitter and no matter how much cream I put in it, I can’t get it any lighter. I wish I would’ve just went somewhere else. The people were nice tho.

Noelle was amazing So thankful for her and the extra mile of taking care of my wife and I on our quick date to White Bison Thanks for making it Extra special for us The muffin, croissant and coffee were excellent too :-)

I wish to give a big shout out to Zack for the excellent customer service. A mistake was made on my order and when I came back to have it fixed he had the order completely remade and threw a pastry in for me. I was having a rough day so this really brightened it. Thank you very much

Little Miss Cat, what you failed to realize is I had been waiting at that counter for about 5-8 minutes with not a single employee in sight to take my order. So yes, when I went around to the other side of the counter and stated, “Excuse me, I’d like to place an order..” an the attitude you gave, that was uncalled for. If you don’t want to work, then quit.. but don’t push out attitude when you’re expected to work. Put down that little cell phone of yours and do your job. That’s why you’re there, right? To work and get paid?! Sad this new generation has zero work ethic. Thank god you guys have cameras in there, because my 30 minutes waiting in your building was ridiculous. At the end, you put the order in front of me and not a single word out of your mouth, no “sorry for your wait, anything else? Have a good night..” just you walking off with the attitude. That was my first and last time ever going to your location, at least while you’re employed there.

Got a small iced coffee and a hot chocolate. They were both delicious! I paid about $7 for them both. For me they were good but not $7 good. They were not big enough for what I paid for. But they were very much enjoyed.
