I love this place! I go just about every day and I’m always greeted by staff. They know what I want and if there’s something that you like that they don’t have they will make it for you. Everyone that works there is very friendly and their tea’s are so good!😊
I recently started coming here when I realized it was near my work! The women who work here are super nice, and always have great suggestions for flavors to try of the loaded teas. I really like learning about them & trying them. On my days working from home, I’m always excited for my next day I can stop by. :)
This has become a daily establishment for me and my family! April & Kayla both do a phenomenal job behind the bar & it’s a true delight to spend my mornings inside the shop & around their energy! Must stop if in the area!
There’s one person who works there that is an absolute itch. She doesn’t care of anything or anyone. Her customer service is atrocious. They never have flavors and claim other shops are using knockoffs. She claim people get mad when they have a product out of stock but she’s the only one who gets mad when customers ask for a flavor that is out of stock. And she’s so cheap and will skimp out on everything she puts in your tea. On the other hand the owner of the establishment is nice and sweet and will give you what you paid for. I would avoid coming to this shop Tu-Fri after noon and on Mondays. All other times you should be greeted by the owner and have no drama.
My first thought was wow no greeting. At least say welcome or hi. I had Never been to this establishment before so I struggled trying to choose a drink. After a few minutes I decided to ask for assistance. I got My drink and left..... Never returned
