Good Mong Kok Bakery is highly recommended for dim sum, offering consistently tasty food at very reasonable prices. Note that they are takeout only and do not have indoor seating. You must try their Pork bun and Siu Mai.

The pastries were really tasty and prepared well. Don’t expect the ladies at the counter to speak english and to be friendly, they’re just doing their work. But everything is so cheap and worth a try!
