If you’re heading to the new Molly Tea in Arcadia, my biggest piece of advice is: bring your patience and a keen eye for a parking spot. This place is officially the "it" spot right now, and the parking lot definitely feels the pressure. The Vibe: The interior is super modern, clean, and well-lit. Even though it’s packed, the service is actually great, the staff is hustling to keep up with the hype. The Tea: They are famous for their Fragrant Jasmine tea, which you can get with all sorts of different fillings. It’s super refreshing, but my personal winner was the Osmanthus Milk Tea. The floral flavor is spot on and not too overpowering. The Reality Check: • Parking: It’s a struggle. You might have to circle the block a few times or park a bit further away. • The Wait: Expect a long line. Since it just opened and everyone’s obsessed, you won’t be in and out quickly. Definitely worth a visit if you love high-quality Chinese tea, just maybe don't go when you're in a massive rush!

I always order 100% sugar, no ice — their 70% sweetness is a bit light, and full sweetness brings out the tea flavor best. My Favorite Drinks • Premium Jasmine Milk Tea – 9.5/10 Aromatic, smooth, consistently the best. • White Champaca Milk Tea – 9.0/10 Elegant floral aroma with a velvety finish. • White Champaca Oolong Milk Tea – 9.0/10 Roasted oolong depth balances the champaca sweetness. • Camellia Oolong Milk Tea – 9.0/10 Fragrant, deep, and well‑rounded. • Osmanthus Milk Tea – 8.5/10 Light, delicate, slightly apricot‑scented. • White Champaca Matcha Milk Tea – 8.0/10 Earthy matcha + bright champaca; more of an acquired taste. Consistent drinks, clean shop, fast service. Great spot if you love floral, premium tea bases.

This is my third time ordering jasmine milk tea, and it's the second time they've forgotten to put in the tapioca pearls. They also gave me the wrong straw. Yesterday was my second time buying milk tea, and I waited for almost an hour before the milk tea was ready and placed on the table. I had to find the number myself. The milk tea was delicious, but the service needs improvement; it felt disorganized.

Visited twice during their soft opening, but found the wait times to be highly unpredictable (5 minutes for my first visit and over 40 minutes for the second). Regarding the menu, while the staff recommends 70% sugar, I found very little difference between the 50% and 30% sweetness levels. The current ambiance is quite hectic, with more people standing around waiting than actually relaxing. If you're looking for a spot to chill rather than just grab a quick drink, you might want to look elsewhere for now.
