Hands down the best place to buy anything to advance your fitness goals! Locally owned and operated by the owner. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and his prices and products are hands down the best! GNC has over priced products and anything online kills you in shipping! Duane (the owner) has extensive knowledge of everything on his shelves and only stocks products he stands behind. Anytime I have questions or fitness goals he always takes the time to show me a few different options and explain the ingredients to me. From intense pre workout to stimulant free and the best tasting protein flavors in town this place will continue to have my business for as long as it’s open! 10/10 recommend wether you are just getting into fitness or a long time gym enthusiast this place has it all!

I’ve only been here a few times, and the gentleman running the store is the absolute best! Helped me out with knee sleeves, and even gave me a pair of wrists wraps that work absolute wonders for my lifting. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE if you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable and has the products you need to help you with your goals!

I’ve been to this shop twice and have gotten great service both times. They have an excellent selection of supplements and supportive gear. The owner helped me find the right size lifting straps and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this place
