Looked all over the dfw for a croquembouche and they were able to do it and did such an amazing job!! Even was able to use a milk alternative and it was the talk of the party. Absolutely a must try if you have an event and you want to turn heads when you walk in and by far the tastiest thing!! Thank you so much!
This is a wonderful place to stop in and have a cappuccino, a raisin croissant, and a Ham and Swiss lunch box! Feels authentic. Lovely owner. Definitely stop in if you have a hankering for Paris.
We were looking to get French pastries as our wedding reception dessert. After looking around for a while, we found Salut Paris Bakery, contacted the owner and set up a meet. After talking with Chrispin and tasting some entreme, we vibed with him and asked him to be part of our special day! We were delighted, and so were our guests, other vendors and even venue staff, at the level of perfection, detail and care he took presenting his work. He has a passion for what he does and I would recommend him to anyone!
I recently visited Salut Paris Bakery and had a delightful experience. The atmosphere was quaint, quiet, and lovely—perfect for enjoying a relaxing treat. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. I tried a macaron, a madeleine, and a gluten-free fruit tart, all of which were delicious. The macaron had a delicate texture with just the right amount of chew, the madeleine was light and buttery, and the gluten-free fruit tart was a wonderful surprise—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully balanced. It’s great to see a bakery offering such high-quality gluten-free options, including cakes for special occasions. To accompany my treats, I had green tea jasmine, which was fragrant and soothing. It paired perfectly with the pastries and added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a charming bakery with delicious treats and a welcoming atmosphere, Salut Paris Bakery is definitely worth a visit!
We came in for a quick treat and a mid afternoon coffee pick me up. We got the vanilla latte, it was made really well! We also picked up some bakery treats, all which were made well. I got the mini kouign amann and the raisin bakery roll with custard filling, both were buttery and flaky. I felt that both were a bit on the sweet side, so taking down the sweetness will probably help bring out the richness of both treats. The owner was super friendly, and told us he makes everything in-house, which is very impressive given the number of items for sale. If you are in the area, this is definitely one to try in the Galleria.
