Crema's Take
“Grind & Unwind pulls off that rare feat of being equally welcoming whether you're settling in for a three-hour work session or grabbing a quick breakfast before your shift, with espresso drinks that actually justify the hype and pastries (especially the banana bread) that rival the coffee. The organic beans and full breakfast menu make it feel more intentional than your typical cafe, though the early morning volume levels suggest they're still figuring out their footing as a new spot in the Haight.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Open late. Family friendly.

Found this new spot in the Haight this morning. Great food, great coffee, great vibes. The ham and Brie was on another level. Will definitely be back.
Amazing addition to the neighborhood! So excited about an early am work spot (with organic coffee ☕️ no less) and and later night food options.
Found this gem today! Best banana bread I’ve had in a while. It’s the perfect place to chill or get some work done. They also mentioned they’re showing the World Cup, which is huge! Definitely a solid 5 stars for the convenience and the mood.
